ABOUT Coconut Coriander Chutney RECIPE

Green chutney prepared with coconut and coriander leaves tastes awesome. In this I have added a pinch of sugar and tamarind paste which gives chutney a different taste. Easy to prepare and goes well with almost everything.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Fresh Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup , roughly chopped
  2. Freshly grated or sliced Coconut- 5-6 tbsp.
  3. Garlic cloves – 2-3
  4. Tamarind Paste - 1.5 tsp
  5. Green Chilies - 2 (broken)
  6. Sugar – 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water as required to adjust consistency.

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients with water into fine paste.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Store in airtight container and refrigerate upto 1 week
