Tasty accompaniment for Pongal,Iddlies & dosa.Churning the ingredients in the ural( grinding stone) has an exclusive taste of its own.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated coconut-1 cup
  2. Coriander leaves -1/2 bunch
  3. Green chilies-4
  4. Tamarind-gooseberry sized
  5. Salt-1 tsp
  6. Garlic -1 whole
  7. Fried gram dal -1/2 cup
  8. Water - as required

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to grinding stone and manually grind till semi smooth.
  2. Serve with Pongal,Idlis and dosa
