Just a brush of oil
Dry grind 2 - 3 teaspoons of poha and keep aside
Soak rest of the poha for 2 mins
In a mixer, add soaked poha, Sooji, 1 chilli and a pinch of salt and grind to a paste
Add water for pouring consistancy
Transfer the batter in a bowl and mix well all the dry masalas
Add the finely chopped vegetables and mix well
Add the powdered poha and blend well
In a non stick pan, brush a little oil, cover and heat
Pour a little of the batter. Cover and cook on high flame
Brush the upper side with a few drops of oil and turn the cheela
Cover and cook till both sides are crisp
Serve with chutney or sauce
