Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha 1 cup
  2. Sooji 2 teaspoon
  3. Water 1/2 cup
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Chat masala as per taste
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Finely chopped tomato, Onion, Capsicum... 3 tablespoons all together
  9. White Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Dry grind 2 - 3 teaspoons of poha and keep aside
  2. Soak rest of the poha for 2 mins
  3. In a mixer, add soaked poha, Sooji, 1 chilli and a pinch of salt and grind to a paste
  4. Add water for pouring consistancy
  5. Transfer the batter in a bowl and mix well all the dry masalas
  6. Add the finely chopped vegetables and mix well
  7. Add the powdered poha and blend well
  8. In a non stick pan, brush a little oil, cover and heat
  9. Pour a little of the batter. Cover and cook on high flame
  10. Brush the upper side with a few drops of oil and turn the cheela
  11. Cover and cook till both sides are crisp
  12. Serve with chutney or sauce
