Basically its a panjabi dish twisted with Italian taste

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 boiled potatoes
  2. 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tea spoon Italian seasoning
  5. 1/2 + 1 tea spoon chili flacks
  6. 1/2 + 1 tea spoon oregano
  7. 2 tea spoon + for shallow fry oil
  8. 1 cup bell peppers ( red, green, yellow) finely chopped
  9. 1 table spoon corn kernel
  10. 3 cubes grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Take a wok heat oil add all three bell peppers,
  2. Add corn kernel , Italian seasoning, salt, chili flacks and oregano mix and keep aside
  3. Take a bowl put boiled potatoes and mash them properly
  4. Add whole wheat flour, salt, chili and oregano
  5. Mix all and knead a soft dough now grease with oil
  6. Make a loaf and cut into small portions
  7. Take one portion and spread with hands
  8. Put veggie masala and cheese on top
  9. Fold and seal it properly
  10. Heat griddle and shallow fry both sides with oil
  11. Transfer in a plate
  12. Cut and serve with tomato sauce
  13. Aloo pizza paratha is ready Enjoy
