Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Semolina 2 cups
  2. Curd half cup
  3. Water as required
  4. Sarso or mustard seeds few
  5. Capsicum chopped 1
  6. Carrots greated 1
  7. Coriander leaves few chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a pan heat some oil and add the mustard seeds
  2. Add the semolina and cook for few minutes
  3. Take the semolina out in a bowl add curd salt water and mix well keep aside for 10 mintus
  4. After 10 minute add the veggies to the semolina
  5. Then cook in idli moulds for 10 minutes on medium high heat
  6. Serve hot with chutney
