Grilled veg cheese quesadilla with homemade salsa dip

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour - 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Oil - As required
  4. Salt - As required
  5. Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
  6. Water - as required
  7. Chopped capsicum - 1/4 cup
  8. chopped beans - 1/4 cup
  9. Chopped carrot - 1/4 cup
  10. Chopped cabbage - 2 tbsp
  11. Mozzarella Cheese - 1/3 cup(grated)
  12. Tomato - 1
  13. Red chilli - 1
  14. Minced garlic - 1 tsp
  15. Minced Onion - 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Knead a soft doughfrom flour, baking soda, water, salt and little oil.
  2. Keep covered it for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in pan.
  4. Fry veggies on high flame for 5 minutes.
  5. Stuffing is ready.
  6. Grind tomato with onion, red chilli and garlic.
  7. Heat oil in pan.
  8. Put tomato mixture in pan and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
  9. Salsa is ready.
  10. Make big size balls from dough.
  11. Roll out like chapati.
  12. Cook chapati from both sides on tava for few seconds.
  13. Make all tortillas like this.
  14. Keep one tortilla on a plate.
  15. Spread stuffing on tortilla.
  16. Pour salsa over stuffing.
  17. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over stuffing.
  18. Keep another tortilla on it.
  19. Press lightly so they sticks each other.
  20. Grill it on grill pan till light brown.
  21. Cut in four pieces.
  22. Cheese Quesadillas are ready.
  23. Enjoy it with salsa dip.
