ABOUT Cone Samosa with paneer stuffing RECIPE

Little twist of our very own samosa....stuffed with paneer manchurian n gave it cone shape. It will be eye catching n very crispy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup n 1tbsp
  2. A pinch of salt
  3. 3tbsp oil for the dough
  4. Chopped onion 2tbsp
  5. Chopped capcicum 1tbsp
  6. 1tsp kalunji
  7. Paneer cubes (small) 1cup
  8. Corn flour 1tbsp
  9. Soya sauce 1tsp
  10. Vinegar 1tsp
  11. Tomato sauce 2tsp + 2tsp ( garnishing)
  12. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  13. Chilly powder little
  14. Chopped spring onion little
  15. Oil for frying
  16. Little sev

Instructions

  1. To prepare the dough, take a large bowl and combine all-purpose flour along with kalunji (kala jeera)1 tsp, salt. Then, add ghee/oil and start kneading. Make sure the dough turns out to be somewhat firm in its texture. Then add little water to knead a tight dough.Cover and keep aside for about half an hour.
  2. Once done, roll out few small-sized balls from the dough. Flatten them further with the help of your palms and then with a rolling pin. Give them a round shape and cook it little on a tawa but the colour of the roti should not change. Then devide each roti into 4 parts.
  3. For stuffing , marinate paneer with salt, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder n corn flour for 10 mins. Then fry these. In another pan heat little oil. Add chopped onion n capcicum. Fry on high flame for 1 min . Then put all sauces n vinegar, spring onion n switch off the flame. Let it cool.
  4. Give the devide part of roties cone shape by sealing the sides by maida batter maida + water little). Then stuff the cones of ur choice. I did stuffing by leftover paneer Manchurian.After stuffing dip the end in maida +water batter and deep fry the Samoshas on medium to slow flame. After that I dip the top of cones in sauce n sprinkle some sev n coriander leaves on top.
