Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Muncurian balls, 1/2 cup nicely grated cabbage
  2. 1/2 cup nicely grated cauliflower
  3. 1/2 cup nicely chopped.beans
  4. 1/2 cup nicely chopped capsicum
  5. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  6. 1 tsp salt or as per taste
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  8. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. 3 to 4 tbsp corn flour
  10. 5 to 6 tbsp all purpose flour
  11. Oil for fry
  12. For Munchrian masala
  13. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  14. 2 green chiili chopped
  15. 1/2 cup capsicum juliens
  16. 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  17. 1 tap soya sauce
  18. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  19. 1/2 tsp.black pepper powder
  20. 1/4 cup nicely chopped sring onion, some for over the top
  21. 1 tsp corn flour for slurry
  22. Oil for cooking
  23. Juliens of carrot and cabbage
  24. For Roll, 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  25. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  26. 2 tbsp vegetable oil, some for greasing
  27. 1/2 tsp salt
  28. Some ketchup and chilli sauce

Instructions

  1. For Muncurian balls, Take chopped vegetables and all muncurian masala in a mixing bowl
  2. Add some salt and water and prepare a soft dough
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and make small size balls of mixture and left in hot oil for deep fry Make and fry balls from mixture and keep aside
  4. After one time fry, cool slightly and again fry the balls for more crisp
  5. Now for Dry masala, heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok add chopped garlic and stir
  6. Now add chopped chilli and onion, capsicum and stir, after few seconds add red chilli, soya sauce and ketchup one by one and gives a good stir
  7. Now add chopped spring onion, salt and black pepper and stir
  8. Add 1/2 cup water to good mix
  9. Prepare a slurry with water and corn starch, add gradually and mix
  10. Now add fry veg fry manchurian balls in this and cook till all balls coated well with masala, finally add some spring onion over the top and keep aside
  11. For Rolls, take maida and whole wheat flour,oil and salt in a mixing bowl add water as needed and knead a smooth dough
  12. Devide the rolls in equal size balls and roll the ball and make fine chapati
  13. Now transfer the chapati on hot tawa and grease with oil and cook
  14. When one side done flip it grease with oil and cook other side When both side done
  15. Spread some ketchup and chilli sauce and arrange the veg manchurian balls and roll it
  16. Do same with all dough
  17. Now Veg munchrian rolls are ready to serve hot for more taste, sprinkle some grated carrot and cabbage over the top
