A cheesy mutton keema recipe rolled in bread slices are most favourit of my children.Have a look.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices 12nos.
  2. Minced mutton 1cup.
  3. Tomato sauce 2table spoon.
  4. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup.
  5. Grated carrot 1/2cup.
  6. Grated chedder cheese 1/4cup.
  7. Mozerella cheese 1cup.
  8. Chilli flakes 1table spoon .
  9. Tandoori masala 1tea spoon.
  10. Salt to taste.
  11. Maida paste 1table spoon.
  12. Oil for deep frying 300ml.
  13. For coating roll ups:
  14. Eggs 2nos.
  15. Bread crumbs 2cups or as required.
  16. Red chilli powder 1tea spoon.
  17. Salt as per taste.

Instructions

  1. Boil keema for 10 minutes,dry if any water remains.
  2. Take out in a bowl,add tomato sauce,chopped coriander leaves,grated chedder cheese,chilli flakes,tandoori masala,grated carrot and salt.Mix well.
  3. Put one bread piece on cutting board ,cut edges,wet lightly and flaten by rolling pin.Flatten all bread slices in same manner.
  4. Put about one tea spoon keema mixture on slice,put 2" piece of mozerella cheese on keema.
  5. Roll the bread slice and seal with maida paste.
  6. Prepare all the rollups in the same manner.
  7. Beat eggs in a bowl,add 1tea spoon red chilly powder and salt.Mix well
  8. Dip one roll in beaten egg ,then coat with bread crumbs.
  9. Deep fry on medium heat to golden.
  10. Serve with sauce.:blush:
