ABOUT Ragi laddoo RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup ragi flour
  2. 1 and half cup grated juggeri
  3. 3 spoon ghee
  4. 1/4 spoon cardamom powder
  5. 1 spoon chopped almonds
  6. 1 spoon chopped cashew

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 spoon ghee in heavy bottom pan, add ragi flour and roast on a slow flame for 12- 15 minutes.
  2. Then transfer into a plate.
  3. Add grated juggeri, chopped cashew, almonds and cardamom powder.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Now add melted ghee and make round shape balls.
  6. Store this laddoo in air tight container.
  7. Ragi laddoo is ready to serve.
