Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled or left over rice 1 medium bowl
  2. Shredded chicken 250 gms
  3. Seasonal veggies 1/2 bowl (steamed)
  4. Shredded cabbage
  5. Crushed pepper 1 tsp
  6. Pinch of Turmeric powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Cumin powder 1/4th tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1/4th tsp
  10. Red chilly powder 1/4th tsp
  11. 2 medium sized grated onion
  12. Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
  13. Coriander leaf 1 tsp
  14. 0il 1 cup
  15. Lemon 1 pc.
  16. 2 sliced green chilly
  17. Maggie sauce

Instructions

  1. First blend the boiled rice into a thin batter.
  2. Put some oil in a pan
  3. Fry the onions till golden brown
  4. Put the spices one by one and mix well.
  5. Add salt
  6. Add ginger garlic paste.
  7. Add the steamed veggies and fry for sometime.
  8. Put the chicken and cover it for 3 minutes in medium flame.
  9. Add little water and again cover it for 2 mins.
  10. Remove the cover and dry fry it for almost 5 minutes.
  11. Add some sliced green chilly, lemon juice and grated coriander.
  12. Put the mixture aside.
  13. Now put a tawa on flame and add some oil
  14. Spread the rice batter in the tawa and shape it like a vey thin, transparent dosa.
  15. Put the chicken mixture , spread some sauce over it and roll it up
  16. Yummy Rock & Roll is ready!
