ABOUT Schezwan Pasta RECIPE

A fusion of Chinese schezwan and Italian pasta.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 packet pasta
  2. 3 tblsp schezwan chutney
  3. 2tblsp tomato ketchup
  4. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  5. 1/2 capsicum sliced
  6. 1 onion sliced
  7. Green olives( optional)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oregano according to ur liking
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. 1 tblsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the pasta with a little salt and 2-3 drops of oil.Strain pouring cold water and keep aside.
  2. 2. Take oil in a pan and add onions to it. Saute for a minute
  3. 3. Now add capsicum and all the sauces
  4. 4. Now add pasta and mix well
  5. 5. Add salt, pepper and oregano and mix
  6. 6. Serve hot
