ABOUT Chocolate Strawberry Parfait RECIPE

A French dessert. It a layered dessert. Layer of cake, fruits, nuts, cream and ice-cream accordingly.

Ingredients Serving: 8

Chocolate cookies crushed 8-10 or Chcolate brownie pieces 1 cup
Whipped cream - 1 cup
Chocolate ice-cream - 1 cup
Chocolate sauce as required
Waffy biscuits 4-6
Chopped strawberries - 1/2 cup
Roasted nuts - 1/4 cup
Chocolate waffle sticks for garnishing
Chocolate shavings for garnishing

Instructions

Take 6 to 8 clean tall glasses. Make a layer of cookies or cake in all the glasses. Add some nuts and strawberry pieces.
Pipe a layer of whipped cream and then add a few pieces of waffy biscuits.
Repeat the cookie nuts, strawberry, cream and waffy biscuit layers once or twice till you fill more then 3/4 of your glass.
Add a scoop of chocolate ice cream on top.
Garnish with chocolate sauce, chocolate savings, nuts, strawberry and a chocolate waffy stick. Serve immediately.
