Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats roasted 1 1/2 cup
  2. Water 3 cups.
  3. Cauliflower florets coarse ground 3/4 th cup. / Grated
  4. Peas coarse ground 1/2 cup
  5. Carrot grated 1 small.
  6. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  7. Garlic crushed 2 to 3 florets
  8. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp/ green chilli crushed 1
  9. Curd 2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Cajun spice mix 1/4 tsp ( 2 pinch)
  12. Olive oil / Canolla oil 1 tbsp.
  13. Butter 1 tbsp
  14. Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Stir fry Cauliflower and peas on medium heat. Sprinkle water in-between if it sticks to the pan.
  3. Add ginger, garlic.
  4. Add carrots.
  5. Add chilli,, Saute .
  6. Add 3 cups hot water.
  7. As it boils, add Oats.
  8. Add Salt. Check the taste.
  9. Cover for 3 minutes.
  10. Add beaten curd , mix well.
  11. Add Cajun spice powder.
  12. In the last add butter.mix and turn off heat.
  13. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves.
