ABOUT Fruits Oats Porridge RECIPE

Deliciously Yum Healthy Filling Porridge, full of nutrients , vitamins , minerals and essential fatty acids , good for all age groups

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Water 1 cup
  3. Milk 2 cups
  4. Chopped almonds 5 to 8
  5. Chopped walnuts 3 to 4
  6. Raisins 10 to 15
  7. Chopped or grated apple 1
  8. Chopped or grated Papaya 1 cup
  9. Honey or Suger as per taste (optional)... i have not added becuse fruits and raisins have natural sweetness

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe container take oats , water and milk
  2. Mix well and cook in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high temperature
  3. Fruits and Dry fruits used for porridge
  4. Take out and allow it to cool
  5. Add fruits and Dry fruits as per requirement
  6. Mix well and serve healthily Delicious Fruits and oats porridge
  7. Serve hot or cold as per taste , I like it cold ...I keep it in fridge for some time and then relish
