Enjoy in lunch with hot Gujju variety. Cooking daal rice and curd together to avoid the boredom of routine foods.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 2 cup
  2. Tur dal (cooked and prepared) 3 cup
  3. Sprouts of your choice 1/2 cup(. Stir fried)
  4. Curd 1 cup
  5. Onion 2 small
  6. Garlic cut small 1 tsp
  7. Tomato 1
  8. Curry patta a few
  9. Bay leaves 1 or 2
  10. Oil 3 tsp
  11. Cloves 3 to 4
  12. Salt according to taste
  13. Chilli powder as per taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add asafoetida, garlic cut in small and saute well. Add bay leaves and saute.
  2. Add onions which have been cut small, saute. Add tomato and saute well. Add curry patta.
  3. Now add daal, Sauted Sprouts, mashed cooked rice and curd.
  4. Adjust all the masala. Add coriander leaves.
  5. Now heat 2 tsp oil, when heated add cloves, let it split, add chilli powder and immediately pour on Gandiyu.
  6. Enjoy with adding ghee and masala papad.
