Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Black Eyed beans one cup
  2. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  3. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  4. curry leaves
  5. Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  6. 4 Green chilli
  7. One chopped onion
  8. Chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. oil

Instructions

  1. Black eyed Beans wash and soak for 6 hours
  2. In a mixer, wash and strained beans, ginger, 2 green chilli and grind coarse mixture without water.
  3. take a bowl, add grind paste, turmeric powder, salt, chopped onion, chillies, curry leaves, few coriander leaves and cumin seeds. Mix well.
  4. Heat the oil.
  5. wet your hand and take a small ball flatten it on your palm to make a pattice shape.
  6. Turn flame on medium- low, Gently put it in hot oil one by one.
  7. Fry on both sides till vadas become golden brown.
  8. remove from oil, keep in a paper towel.
  9. Arrange them on serving platter, garnished with green chutney or tomato sauce and serve hot.
