ABOUT Oats Thalipeeth RECIPE

Thalipeeth traditionally is made using 3 flours. But here I have used only oats flour to make it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Oats flour
  2. 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  3. 1 green chilli, chopped
  4. 1/4 cup coriander
  5. 1 tsp red chili powder
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp cumin
  8. 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup water.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the warm water and give it a nice mix. Remove it from the flame. And combine the dough. knead it for 2 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough properly and make small balls out of it.
  4. Now roll it like paratha and make a small cavity in between
  5. The dough should be soft.
  6. Heat a Tawa or a non-stick pan and gently transfer the thalipeeth on tawa. Cook it from both sides.
  7. Add little oil from the edges and flip it. Thalipeeth is ready to serve.
