Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 Jowar flour
  3. 1/4 cup gram flour
  4. 1/4 Cup rice flour
  5. one chop onion
  6. a full of hand chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tablespoon sesame
  8. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  9. 1 tablespoon Green Chili paste
  10. 1 tbsp chili powder
  11. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  12. 2 tbsp oil for moyan
  13. 2 tbsp oil for basting
  14. 4 tbsp sour curd

Instructions

  1. take one bowl and mix all flours in it.
  2. add onion coriander green chilli paste Chilli powder turmeric powder salt seesame coriander powder , oil and mix it well .
  3. now add curd and again mix it throughoutly.
  4. add some water and knead a soft dough . Cut them in to small ball.
  5. Roll it thin by dusting some flour.
  6. Place it on tava, roast it on a low flame.
  7. basting oil both side .
  8. Serve this ThaliPeeth with pickle or khicha
