Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Khoya 1 cup
  2. Paneer 1 cup
  3. Oats 6 tbsp
  4. Sugar 1 cup
  5. 2 cup fresh mango puree
  6. 2 elaichi powder
  7. Chopped nuts 2 tbsp kaju for garnish
  8. Ghee 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kadhai, add the fresh mango puree and add sugar. Stir it for a minute. Add khoya, paneer, oats, chopped nuts, 1 tsp ghee, elaichi powder and stir it until it becomes a thick paste.
  2. Take a steel plate and grease the plate with 1 tsp ghee and slowly pour the thick paste. Grease again with 1 tsp ghee and with the help of spatula, flatten the paste evenly.
  3. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then cut it into square pieces. Garnish with kaju.
