Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maccroni 1 cup
  2. Big onion 1
  3. Tomato Ketchup 2 sp
  4. Soya sauce 1/2 sp
  5. Chilli sauce 1 sp
  6. Capsicum 1
  7. Sweet corn 1/4 cup
  8. Chilli Powder 1/2 Sp
  9. Garam Masala 1/4 sp
  10. Fresh Cream 2 Sp Optional
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. Carrot 1
  13. Beans 4
  14. Tomato 1
  15. Ginger & Garlic Chopped
  16. Cooking oil 3 sp

Instructions

  1. Boil macroni in sufficient water by adding 1 sp oil and 1/2 sp salt for 5 minutes
  2. Immediately drain it and wash once with cold water to avoid stickiness
  3. we can add any veggies or meat as per wish to make kids eat
  4. In a pan , add 2 sp oil,add chopped ginger ,garlic and onions and all veggies, saute well
  5. Add Soya sauce 1/2 sp , Tomato Ketchup 2 sp, Chilli Sauce 1 sp and saute well
  6. Add salt as per taste and red Chilli Powder 1/2 sp, Garam masala 1/4 sp to make it to indian taste
  7. Add 3 spoon Fresh Cream if u have to get a Creamy Texture,, Else its optional
  8. Once everything cooked well now add boiled macroni and mix well and Garnish with coriander Leaves
  9. Now Yummy Mixed Veggies Macroni ready... kids will Empty their Lunch Box with veggies too
