ABOUT Veggie macaroni RECIPE

This is my kids all time favorite pasta recipe for breakfast. Kids happy and mom happy to feed them all the vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 1/2 cup elbow pasta/ macaroni
  2. Water,as required
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 cup chopped vegetables ( beans, carrot, capsicum, cauliflower,baby corn)
  5. 1 tbsp oil
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp pasta masala
  8. Salt,to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni in water with salt al dente.
  2. Drain and keep aside.
  3. In a wok heat oil and add all the chopped vegetables.
  4. Add salt and saute for 2-3 mins.
  5. Cover and cook till veggies are soft
  6. Add the drained macaroni,more salt, turmeric powder and pasta masala and mix well
  7. Cover and cook for a min and then switch off the gas.
  8. Serve hot.
