Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina ...1 cup
  2. Salt and green chilles to taste
  3. Turmeric powder...two pinch or so
  4. Oil...1 tea spoon
  5. Mustard seeds....1/4 tea spoon
  6. Curry leaves....8 to 10 leaves
  7. Bhujia and chopped coriander leaves for garnish
  8. Lemon juice....1 tea spoon
  9. Water....2 and half cup

Instructions

  1. Roast semolina till light brown
  2. Heat oil add mustard seeds, let it splutter add curry leaves, green chillies and salt, turmeric powder and add water and lemon juice
  3. Now in this boiling water add semolina slowly and mix it well
  4. Serve with bhujia and coriander leaves
