ABOUT Tofu aloo paratha RECIPE

Tofu aloo paratha has the goodness of tofu and richness of aloo. Kneading with aloo makes this paratha super soft and super yummy. You can put these parathas in breakfast or in lunch boxes. And be assured, they are simply ir-resistable.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Atta-2 cups
  2. Potatoes -2 medium
  3. Tofu - 150 gms
  4. Chillies- 2
  5. Onion- 1 medium sized
  6. Coriander leaves- handful
  7. Ajwain- 1 tsp
  8. Salt- as per taste
  9. Water
  10. oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil and peel potatoes.
  2. 2. Finely Chop coriander leaves and onion.
  3. 3. Take a bowl. Put atta, green chillies, onion, mashed tofu and mashed potatoes, coriander leaves , salt, ajwain and start kneading.
  4. 4. Put water in kneading only if required. Keep aside the dough for rest for 15 -20 mins
  5. 5. Roll out parathas and fry it on the griddle. Serve hot with butter or green chutney
