Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chapatis dough to make 8 parathas(normal aata ,oil salt and water)
  2. FILLING
  3. Boiled potatoes 5
  4. Onion 1 chopped
  5. Cilantro 1/2 cup chopped
  6. Green chillies 2 finely chopped
  7. Dry masala pwder
  8. Chillies powder 1 tsp
  9. Dhania pwdr 1 tsp
  10. Zeera pwdr 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Make a regular dough and set aside
  2. FILLING- Take the potatoes and mash it
  3. Add all the ingridents mentioned and divide it into 8 to 10 pedas
  4. Divide the dough too
  5. Roll the dough and put one potato batter peda
  6. Seal the dough properly and apply dry aata and gently roll the paratha
  7. Roll as thin as possible
  8. Toast on hot griddle on both sides
  9. Then apply pure ghee on both sides and serve hot as it is or with some curd
