Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet Mushroom
  2. 2 Onions
  3. 1 cup Tomato puree
  4. Green chilli
  5. Oil as per requirement
  6. Garam Masala as per taste
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. 1 cup milk
  11. 2 tbsp cashewnut paste
  12. 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  13. Kasuri Methi 1 - 2 tsp
  14. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut mushrooms in slices. Chop the onions.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add in the ginger garlic paste, followed by chopped onions. Saute till the onions turn slightly brown.
  3. Add in the dry masalas. Cook for a few minutes. Add in the tomato puree.
  4. Cook till the oil separates. Add in the sliced mushrooms. Cook covered, till they turn soft.
  5. Add milk, fresh cream, cashewnut paste and kasuri methi. Mix well. Sprinkle some sugar, garnish with coriander.
