ABOUT Maggi Fried Rice RECIPE

I suggest every maggi fan must try out this recipe. It is easy to make and yummy in taste. I used very few and simple ingredients. This rice could be a good option for kids tiffin box.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover Rice 1 cup
  2. Onion 1 medium size (finely chopped)
  3. Tomato 1 medium size (finely chopped)
  4. Green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
  5. Oil 1 tsp
  6. Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
  10. Maggi Masala 1 pack
  11. Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp
  12. Water 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil. Let the oil heat properly.
  2. Add cumin seeds and chopped green chilli. Cook it for 30-40 second.
  3. Add finely chopped onion and cook it for 2 min on medium flame.
  4. Add finely chopped tomato and salt. Cook it for 2 min or until the tomatoes are soft.
  5. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 pack maggi masala. Mix it well.
  6. Add 2 tbsp water and cook it for 1 min on medium-low flame.
  7. Now add leftover Rice and cook it for another 1 min on medium-low flame.
  8. Now turn off the flame and serve it hot.
