Winters gives us a varierty if greens and green garlic is 1 of the delicacies.Generally we use garlic as tadka .here i have used green garlic as garnish and poured hot ghee over it.Do try this

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soy granules 250 grms
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. Gg paste 2 tbsp
  4. Red chill pwdr 1 tsp
  5. Dhania zeera pwdr 1 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  8. Green Garlic finely chopped 200 grms
  9. Pure ghee 3 to 4 tbsp-as per your requirements
  10. WHOLE GARAM MASALA
  11. 1 pc each
  12. Cinnamon
  13. Cloves
  14. Cardamom
  15. Zeera whole 1 tsp
  16. Oil 2 tbsp
  17. Charcoal for smoking
  18. 1 tsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and whole get an masala as mentioned.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute
  3. When the onions turn pink add the gr8 paste and dry masalas
  4. Add the soya kheema and saute for 5 mins.
  5. Cook till done.Add water only if required
  6. Place heated charcoal and place it over the kheema , cover and smoke the kheema
  7. Remove the kheema in the serving dish
  8. Spread green garlic over it and pour hot ghee
  9. Serve hot with some garma garm rotis
