ABOUT Thai coconut Fish Curry RECIPE

Tilapias mild flavor allows the bold flavors of the coconut and curry to shine. Serve this dish with rice, which will absorb the brothy sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Tailapia fish cut into 7 small pieces
  2. 1 Tin Coconut milk
  3. 4-5 garlic minced
  4. 5 lime leaves
  5. 1 piece of Galingale roots cut and minced
  6. 2 tsp of curry paste
  7. 1 tsp of red curry paste
  8. 1 tsp of bamboo shoots
  9. salt
  10. 2-3 tsp olive oil for cooking
  11. cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the Fish in salt water before cooking
  2. In a pan take olive oil
  3. Add garlic, galingale, lime leaves, curry paste
  4. sauté everything till it’s blend properly
  5. Add coconut milk and mix it all well
  6. Add Fish pieces to it
  7. Add Salt and sugar
  8. cover it with the lid and let it cook of medium flame for at least 10mints
  9. server Thai fish curry with steam rice
