Baked lasagna sheets with vegetables and cheese in smoky flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. lasagna sheets 8
  2. 1 carrot cut in small dice
  3. 4 beans cut in thin small pieces
  4. cauliflower 1/2 cup small pieces
  5. mushrooms 1/2 cup small pieces
  6. spinach 1/2 cup thinly cut
  7. greens of spring onions for garnishing
  8. cheddar cheese grated 1/4 cup
  9. mozarella cheese 1/2 cup
  10. Ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  11. garlic paste 1 tsp
  12. tomato puree 75 ml
  13. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Black pepper powder according to taste
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Pinch of sugar
  17. fresh oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
  18. fresh basil leaves thinly cut 5 leaves
  19. Olive oil 2 Tbsp
  20. coal and little butter for smoke flavour

Instructions

  1. Keep water for boiling, add salt in it. As water starts boiling, add lasagna sheets, boil for 8 minutes, drain out water and keep the sheets in cold water for 2 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add oregano, basil leaves, ginger, garlic paste, now add tomato puree, add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, now add milk or cream stir nicely gravy should be thick. Saute vegetables on high flame, vegetables should be crispy, now add in gravy.
  3. Keep charcoal on direct flame till it becomes red, keep it in bowl , now keep that bowl on vegetables. Add little butter in the bowl, cover the pan keep it for 2 min to get smoky flavour . Now remove the cover from pan, take out the bowl and keep aside.
  4. Now arrange the lasagna sheets on any square shaped small bowl grease the bowl, arrange 4 lasagna sheets, spread vegetables with gravy , add grated cheddar cheese on it again arrange lasagna sheets on it again spread the vegetables with gravy. Now garnish top layer with mozzarella cheese keep in oven for 8 min on bake mode at 280 degree, let the cheese melt.
