Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gram spinach (palak)
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. 1 tomato finely chopped
  4. 1 spoon ginger and garlic paste
  5. 2 green chilli chopped
  6. 1 spoon chopped garlic
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1/4 spoon turmeric
  9. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 spoon coriander powder
  11. 1/2 spoon garam masala powder
  12. 1/2 cup curd
  13. 2 +1 spoon oil
  14. 1 dry red chilli

Instructions

  1. Blanch the spinach for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Dip into cold water.
  3. Drain it and make pyuri but don't make fine paste.
  4. Now heat a pan put 2 spoon oil, cumin, green chilli and ginger - garlic paste saute till raw smell goes away.
  5. Add onion fry till golden than put chopped tomato, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder saute them for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add spinach pyuri and saute for 4-5 minutes.
  7. After 5 min put curd and stir well, cooked another 2 minutes.
  8. Finally add garam masala and switch off the gas.
  9. Heat tadka pan put 1 spoon oil, chopped garlic and dry red chilli fry till golden.
  10. Pour over the spinach gravy .
  11. Serve roti or rice as you wish.
