ABOUT Spiced Herb Muffins RECIPE

Muffins are tasty and Healthy, it can be served in breakfast or as a snack with tea or coffee.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup Rawa
  3. 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  5. 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
  6. 1/2 teaspoon pizza seasonsing
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon red chilly flakes
  9. 40 gm melted Butter
  10. 142 gm buttermilk
  11. 50 gm grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150-160 degrees C.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix all wet ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Divide evenly into the greased muffin tin or paper cups.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the largest muffin comes out clean.
  7. For Topping: In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp chilly sauce, mix well. Fill it in a piping bag, make swirls on muffins and garnish with carrot and Capsicum.
