Take a big mouth bowl put bajra flore wheat flore,add salt mix well
Add water to make kneaded doe with palms..take a small doe make roll it apply water on top..fri both sides then apply ghee both sides..
Take brinjol cut pieces put into water
Heat the cadai pour oil put tadaka when it's splits add garlic cloves add onions when it's turn colour add brinjol pieces
Add salt,chilli paste keep mix well once brinjol soften ..take out
Then heat another cadai pour oil put boiled pealed baby potatoes
Keep fri baby potatoes when potatoes turns add spices brownish colour add seasoning on it
Keep fri once potatoes binds spicyseasoning take out to bowl
Heat the cadai pour oil add red chilli,ginger pieces keep fri then add tadaka when it's splits add onions
Mean while take a cup put besan,curd,turmeric powder,salt,chilli powder mix well as lumpfree liquid
These liquid pour into cadai add coriander keep mix up when kadi should get thick ready to serve
Heat the cadai pour ghee when it's melts put wheat flore keep fri
It gets nice aroma mean while heat a container put jaggery,water on it keep boil
These liquid add to wheat flore keep mix as lumpfree add card om powder,drifruits pieces mix together..turn to
Ghee grease plate leave 5 min,once it chilli cut pieces and ready to serve wheat jaggery burfi
Take a plate serve with sabji and roti sweet full bhog winter season special
