As the name suggests the most precious special vegetable broccoli makes this soup rich and healthy. The texture is pearly as well as the taste.,Add white or spring onion with ,butter and some cream.Season with pepper and enjoy!
Wash Broccoli florets put to boil with salt
Keep milk,cream and chopped onion ready
In a saucepan heat 1tspn butter,add onions and mushroom pieces to saute
Now blend the booked broccoli florets
Add the liquidised broccoli to the saute onions
Add milk and pepper now,boil 5min on slow
Pour out in soup bowl hot ,sprinkle pepper to garnish ,add beaten cream
Serve hot
