Next in the same pan add 2 tsp oil .once the oil heat sufficiently.add chana and urad daal saute till they turn golden brown colour. Then add dried red chilli saute for a seconds.
Further all fried ingredients cool completely and transfer to the grinder after add tamarind jaggery turmeric salt to taste little water.
Next grind the mixture coarsely.
Finally pumpkin chutney is ready to serve. Serve with dosa, rice, chapati etc
