Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pure Ghee - 1 cup
  2. Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  3. Warm water - 2-3 cups
  4. Jaggery -3/4 - 1 cup
  5. Nuts as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a deep pan heat ghee add flour and roast stirring continuously till brown .
  2. Add warm water and keep stirring till all water is absorbed then add jaggery and stir. Add the nuts, mix till the jaggery is mixed well into the halwa. Keep stirring the halwa till it forms a lump and does not stick to pan and you see ghee leaving from sides. Switch off the stove and Serve.
  3. Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
