ABOUT Aata Halwa (Wheat Flour) RECIPE

An extremely delicious and easy recipe! My father used to say that whenever you get headache, just eat this pure ghee Aata halwa! Trust me, it really worked. So, here I'll share with you guys my favorite Aata Halwa!!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl aata (wheat flour)
  2. 1 bowl sugar
  3. 1/2 bowl pure ghee (cow ghee)
  4. 2 bowls milk
  5. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  7. Dry fruits (cashewnut, cuddapah almond, raisins, or according to your choice)

Instructions

  1. Heat up a pan. Add ghee and aata.
  2. Roast the aata till it becomes dark brown (in slow flame)
  3. Add milk and mix it well, till it absorbs all the milk
  4. Add sugar and mix them again till the mixture becomes thick
  5. At last, ads all the dry fruits, cardamom powder and black pepper for garnishing your aata halwa
  6. Now your yummy, yummy halwa is ready for eating !!!
