Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Tamarind 1/2 cup
  2. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  3. Dates 6-7 pieces
  4. Cumin seeds 3tbsp
  5. Black paper 2tbsp
  6. Fennel seeds 2tbsp
  7. Black salt 1tbsp
  8. Normal salt 2pinch

Instructions

  1. Wash tamarind and dates. Boil 1 and a half cup of water and add tamarind, dates and jagger. Cook for 3 minutes on a high flame countinuously stir it
  2. Now in a mixer jar add these three after draining the water. Grind it for 50 seconds check it and again grind it for 30 seconds. Now add warm water.
  3. Now roast black pepper, cumin seeds and fennel seeds and make a powder out of it.
  4. Add this powder to the earlier mix. Add black salt and normal salt
  5. Now it's ready to eat
