Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. boneless chicken cubes 1 cup
  2. noodles one packet
  3. shop ginger and garlic 1 tablespoon
  4. chopped onion half cup
  5. Chopped carrot half cup
  6. Chopped capsicum half cup
  7. Beans 1/2 cup
  8. Tomato 1
  9. chopped cabbage half cup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  12. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  13. spring onion to tablespoon
  14. vegetable stock to cups
  15. Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
  16. chopped coriander 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First boiled the Noodles with some salt and oil.
  2. Then take a Kadai on oven add oil, once oil is hot add chopped ginger and garlic and fry well.
  3. Then add boneless chicken and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Next at onion and free well.
  5. Then and vegetables one by one and fly for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. After 4 minutes and vegetable stock stir well.
  7. Add red chili powder,salt,soya sauce and black paper as per your taste& stir well.
  8. Then add boiled noodles mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  9. After 6 minutes at chop spring onion and coriander mix well.
  10. Then switch off the gas and serve hot.
