Take red chillies wash it and dry in sun for 15 min
Heat a pan and roast whole spices such as fennel seed, fenugreek seed, carrom seeds,cumin seed and black pepper stir and slightly roast the spices for hoti 2 min turn off flame keep to cool
Take oil to be added to pickle heat it up well
As the whole spice cool down add salt too,then coarsely grind in a mixer jar transfer in a plate
Coarsely grind black mustard seed separately put over the grinded spices
Oil has smoked u rightly switch the flame off let it cool
Add the rest of spices such as turmeric, asafoetida,lemon juice in the grinded spices
Add 4tblspn of hot oil in spices and mix it well
Remove stalk from chillies
Slit the chillies from the center vertically.
Take out seed and pulp from it do rest of all
Mix the seed in spices
Now fill the chillies with spices mix keep the stuffed chilli in plate
Take out the oil in a bowl dip each stuff chilli in and take out keep it in a separate bowl
Fill up the sterilized container with pickle chilli put the leftover spices to the chillies pour left over oil to chillies
Close the lid of the container and keep in sunlight for 1 day
It's ready to serve
