Mango red chilli pickle

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 kg mango
  2. 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
  3. 2 tablespoons red chilli powder
  4. tablespoons rosted cumin seeds powder
  5. 3 tablespoons sugar
  6. Salt to taste(3 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the mango. Separate the seeds and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix salt with it cover and leave for for one day
  3. On second day, separate mango with water and let it dry it in sun.
  4. Add sugar and asafoetida in mango water and keep it whole day in sun.
  5. During evening add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and mango pieces in the water and keep it in sun for some days.
  6. Your tempting pickle is ready.
