Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gram maida
  2. 2tea spoon dry active yeast
  3. 1tea spoon sugar
  4. 1cup luke warm water
  5. 1/2cup grated carrot
  6. 1/4cup chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1red bell pepper
  8. 5to6 jalapeno
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1tea spoon oregano
  11. 1tea spoon chilly flakes
  12. 1/4cup butter
  13. 2to 3 spoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add Luke warm water ,sugar and dry active yeast and mix well . Keep it at warm place for 10mintues
  2. In a bowl add 200gram flour,chilly flakes,oregano grated carrot,coriander leaves salt and 2spoon melted butter and mix well knead a smooth dough
  3. Add some more flour if need and spread some oil and cover it . Keep it warm place for 2hours
  4. After 2hours the dough is in double size
  5. Dust the dough with some flour and again knead apply some butter and place the dough into greased mould stick red capcicum ring and jalpino and again keep it warm place for 15mintues
  6. Bake it a preheated oven for 15to20mintues on 180 degree temperature. Or according to your oven
  7. Your herbs and vegetables loaf is ready to serve
  8. Serve it with juice or tea as per your choice
