Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour 3 cups
  2. Garam masala 1 tsp
  3. lal mirch powder 1 tsp
  4. Haldi powder a pinch
  5. Chat masala 1 tsp
  6. Jaljeera powder 1 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Water for kneading
  9. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead a tight dough.
  2. Make small balls and roll for making a poori with the help of oil.
  3. Deep fry in a wok.
  4. Masala poori is ready.
  5. Serve with chutney or sauce and tea.
