Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. whole wheat flour 200 gram
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Water as per requirement for making soft dough
  5. Ingredien for stuffing kachoris-
  6. Carrots grated 4 numbers
  7. Onion finely chopped 1 number
  8. Cheese grated 1/4cup
  9. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Green chillies 2 finely chopped
  12. Chatmasala powder 1 tablespoon
  13. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 fist
  15. Mint leaves chopped 10 -15 numbers
  16. Oil for deep frying kachoris

Instructions

  1. Take a deep bowl add in flour, salt,oil and water as per requirement to make a smooth dough,
  2. cover and keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Now Ready the cheesy carrot stuffing -take a bowl add in all the ingredients which will be used for stuffing the kachoris and mix nicely
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and make small balls
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai
  6. Meanwhile ready all the kachoris
  7. Dust some dry flour and Roll out each ball into a small disc
  8. Keep 1 tablespoon of ready stuffing at the centre and gather all the sides and seal them
  9. Roll out again carefully so that filling should not come out
  10. Reduce the flame Now slide in ready kachori slowly into the hot oil
  11. Deep fry all the cheesy kachoris both the sides into crispy golden brown
  12. Serve hot with tomato sauce or with green coriander chutney in breakfast or pack them in kids tiffin for lunch
