Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Semolina flour 1 cup
  2. One ripe banana
  3. half teaspoon baking soda
  4. baking powder half teaspoon
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. brown sugar 3 tablespoons
  7. buttermilk 3 tablespoons( lemon juice 1 tsp +milk)
  8. Honey 3 tablespoons
  9. Vanilla essence half teaspoon
  10. butter plus oil 3 tablespoons
  11. mixed nuts and seeds one third cup
  12. oats to teaspoons

Instructions

  1. seive the semolina flour with salt baking powder baking soda
  2. add a teaspoon of flour to the nuts and seeds and keep aside
  3. mix the lemon juice in the milk and let it curdle
  4. add two teaspoons of oats to a part of nuts for the topping
  5. keep the baking tray ready with Muffin liners preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  6. take a fully ripe banana Mash with a fork completely
  7. add the brown sugar butter oil and vanilla essence honey
  8. stir and mix well tell combined
  9. now start mixing the semolina flour and the milk alternatively
  10. add 2 tablespoons of hot water and mixed gently
  11. add a part of nuts and mix
  12. scope three-fourth in each Muffin liner garnish with the remaining nuts and seeds
  13. bake at 170 degrees for the first 20 minutes and then at 160 for the remaining 10 minutes
  14. superbly finished well mounted banana muffins ready for your healthy breakfast
