Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2cup poha
  2. 1chopped potato
  3. 1choped onion
  4. 1spoon peas
  5. 1tsp fennel seeds
  6. 1tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1spoon peanut
  8. 1tbsp lemon juice
  9. 1tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1tsp sugar
  11. 1spoon oil
  12. 1tbsp Corriander
  13. 1tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Wash poha and keep aside for 5-10min.
  2. Take Potato, onion wash and finely chopped.
  3. Now take pan add oil let it heat now add peanut fry it for 1 min.take out.
  4. In pan add fennel and mustard seeds,now add Potato stir it 1min.
  5. Add onion and peas stir it now add dry masala .
  6. Then poha and salt let it cook 5-6 min.
  7. Now add salt,lemon juice, Corriander and peanut .
  8. Serve in plate with chopped onion and aloo bhujia.
