Classic indian dessert with Mango flavour.
It has always been my favourite!
in a heavy bottomed pan heat the milk, when the milk is lukewarm add in the milk powder and mix.
Add the sugar, condensed milk and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
Simmer the flame and let the milk quantity reduce till only 1/4 amount is left.
Puree the mango pulp and chop the pistachios.
Cool the reduced milk, add the mango puree and pistachios and mix. Pour into moulds and freeze for 4 to 5 hours.
Serve chilled.
