Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup leftover cooked rice
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 3 Grated sweet potato
  4. Chipped coriander
  5. 1 cup Semolina
  6. 2 tsp sesame seeds
  7. 2 tsp fennel seeds
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 1 tsp gingergarlic paste
  11. Pinch of Soda
  12. 1tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  14. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  15. 2 Chopped Green chillies
  16. 1/4 tsp asafetida
  17. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  18. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients
  2. Combine well to form a dough.M ake small balls from it and shape them as u wish.
  3. Shallow fry them on medium to low flame till golden brown.
  4. Serve them with green chutney or sauce or curd.
