Rice cutlet is very common dish we always eat laft over rice morning break as a fodnicha bhaat. But we make today Rice cutlet with some vegetables and spices
Take cooked rice keep aside
Now cut the all vegetable in small cube size then wash nicely with water
Carrots and green peas done half cook take a one steam
Now take rice add in cooked green peas, carrots , chopped onion , green chilli, coriender leaves, cabbage , spinach leaves, mix well
Now add all dry masalas and araroot powder mix all together
Make a round nicely ball coat with bread crubms
Keep ready to all cutlet
Now take pan add in oil if you want to do deep fry then take kadai heat oil and make deep fry rice cutlet
Now ready to serve with green chutney or ketchup
