Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Water as needed
  3. Paneer cubes 1/2 cup
  4. Capsicum 1/2 cup
  5. Onion 1
  6. Tomato sauce 1 spoon
  7. Soya sauce 1 spoon
  8. Rasam powder 2 spoons
  9. Oil 2 spoons
  10. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  11. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  12. Hing 1 pinch
  13. Dry red chilli 2
  14. Dal 3 spoons
  15. Salt as needed
  16. Red chilli powder as needed

Instructions

  1. combine all purpose flour, salt and refined oil together. 
  2. Using little water at a time, bind the ingredients together to form a soft dough.
  3. For stuffing take a pan and add oil ,onion, capsicum And fry them
  4. Now add paneer and fry them
  5. Add spices and sauces and mix well and keep it a side
  6. Now take the dough and make 15-20 balls
  7. Now roll the ball and keep the stuffing in middle and closes
  8. Now keep a bowl and add water and upon a steamer now keep the momos and cook until they are transparent
  9. Now take another bowl and add water rasam powder Dal salt and boil well
  10. Now take a tadakha pan and add oil cumin ,mustard seeds ,red chilli and hing fry well
  11. Now add to the rasam
  12. Now keep the moms on rasam and serve hot
